Art Club - Art in Herts
The art club was Inaugurated in March 1998, Art In Herts is one of the several successful art clubs in Hertsmere, we meet in a very relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Our art club membership consists of artists of all abilities. There is a very interesting and varied programme each week throughout the year to suit everyone’s ability to draw and paint in his/her chosen media. The programme includes structured theme evenings, videos, talks and paint along with a member artist.
The objective and aspiration of establishing Art In Herts was to further the enjoyment and appreciation of the Arts within the community and to provide a working environment where like minded individuals with an enthusiasm for painting meet together to share their understanding of art in a very informal and relaxed atmosphere.
Art In Herts is regulated by the membership.
Members and selected officers are of equal recognition within the group and are responsible for the encouragement, advancement and promotion of the group and its official name.
